We’re joined JaMorri Cunningham the first head coach of the new Johnson & Wales Charlotte baseball program. He will lead a team that will begin playing in the 2025-26 academic year. Cunningham comes to Charlotte from Voorhees College in Demark, SC where he has served as the Assistant Baseball Coach at Voorhees University since May of 2022. He graduated from Voorhees in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management. He was a standout first baseman on the Tigers baseball team after initially starting his college at Tuskegee University.
