Trump's argument was the subpoena issued by Manhattan District Attorney Cyrus Vance was broad and issued in bad faith. The documents are now subject to grand jury secrecy rules that restrict them from being released publicly. Without social media, Trump released a statement via email on Monday, calling the ruling "a continuation of the greatest political Witch Hunt in the history of our Country."
